i found the hotel to be well kept. its location is very close to the metro station. i also liked the availability of a convenience store in the lobby. the 18-minute drive from the airport was convenient for my early morning arrival.
the room service rang my bell at 1 am for an order from another room.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the metro station and a shopping mall. The staff members were always polite and ready to help with any questions. My room was clean and had plenty of space for luggage I found the amenities quite useful. The breakfast buffet offered many choices.
I noticed that the air conditioning was a little too strong, even on the lowest setting.

The room included a comfortable double bed and a separate sofa bed it also had a balcony with city views. The bathroom provided complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily I appreciated the size of the closet space. It was very functional.

The hotel is a short walk from the Healthcare City metro station this made getting around the area easy. Wafi Mall is also nearby it provides options for shopping and dining. The area felt safe and accessible.

I'm grateful for the professional staff. Their proactive behavior. the room was super clean and comfortable (i appreciated the quiet). i enjoyed the executive room's spaciousness. It accommodated our group well. the hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby areas. It simplified getting around.
i had a very minor issue regarding coordination at reception, which could be improved for smoother service.
